We are aware that only the satisfaction of our customers’ needs contributes to the sustainable development of our business, that’s why quality has always been our constant concern.
In order to ensure an effective and efficient quality policy, we have implemented a quality management system in conformity with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. This certification, obtained in 2016 and confirmed every year since then, is part of our continuous search for improvement.
The identification and traceability of tools is controlled according to the “Identification and traceability” procedure, which details the measures taken by AOS to meet customer requirements.
